Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of The Invisible School, on this website, in the app and by text message. By using the service, you agree to them.
Who we are
The Invisible School is operated by Charles Sustaita, a sole proprietor in Denton, Texas (“we” or “us”).
What the service is
The Invisible School is software that driving schools use to run their school, including by text message. Students, families and staff of a driving school use it to enroll, book lessons, pay, get answers and keep records.
Accounts and sign-in
You can sign in with Google, with a link sent to your email, or with a code we text or email to you. You can also add a passkey if you want one; it is optional.
Keep your access secure. Do not share your sign-in codes, links or devices, and tell us right away at hello@theinvisibleschool.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Driving schools are responsible for their school
Each driving school that uses The Invisible School is responsible for its own records, its staff, the student information it enters, and its own compliance with the laws and rules that apply to it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. School fees, refunds and payment plans are between the family and the driving school.

We do not send marketing messages.
How you agree to receive texts. You agree in any of these ways:

- When you enter your mobile number on the sign-in page to get a one-time sign-in code.
- When you are signed in and choose "Text me a code" to confirm a change, which sends a one-time code to the number on your account.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.

- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
